There are no limits on how many tickets you can buy.
How much is it to enter?
Tickets start at £3 per ticket. Ticket prices may vary depending on the prize value.
How do I play?
You will be presented with a simple question with three answer options. Simply click or tap on the answer you think is correct, then checkout and create your account. Tickets can still be purchased if you answer incorrectly. No refunds are given for incorrect answers.

- All of our bags are bought directly from the high street in London
- All of our bags come with all the documentation, packaging and a gift receipt
- Our competition system is automated to choose a winner at random at the point of the competition closing
Our competition system picks a winner at random when the competition closes. This means that if you have purchased multiple tickets, you will have more chance of being picked as a winner. Make sure you answer correctly though, incorrect answers cannot be picked as winners!
We only accept debit cards. In the UK, credit cards are not permitted for competition entries. The same applies to Apple & Google pay.
We use a trusted payment gateway that allows payment for competition entries with a debit card so you can only spend what you have.
How is the winner decided?
Our competition system automatically chooses a winner when the competition closes.
Is there always a winner?
Yes! We guarantee a winner every month.
Is there a cash alternative?
A gift receipt will be included with the prize if you wish to return it for a refund.
Will I be named as the winner publicly?
We will always ask for your permission to use your personal information when announcing the winner. Typically, this will be your first name, your home town and country.
Who presents the prize?
When we have a familiar celebrity face presenting, they present the winner on our social media channels in a recorded message.
How do I claim my prize?
We will contact you using the details saved in your account to arrange delivery within 1 week. Postage & packaging costs are not included in the entry. Prizes will be delivered using a signed-for service with appropriate insurance at the cost of the winner.
